General Information:

Bookings:
Bookings are guaranteed once the booking confirmation has been signed and the deposit has been received.

Payment Options:
We ask you to pay your bill either in cash or by wire transfer.

Cancelation Conditions:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
• Cancellation until 14 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation from 14 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 80% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)


Final Cleaning:
• apartment for 2 people 60,00 Euro
• apartment for 4 people 70,00 Euro
• apartment for 5 people 70,00 Euro

Arrival and Departure:
• Guests are asked to vacate their apartment by 10 a.m.   
• Apartments are available for occupancy after 2 p.m.  

Change of Linens:
Linens for the kitchen, bathroom and rooms are provided by us and changed weekly (bedding once a week, towels twice a week). Additional changes possible upon request!

Pets:
Pets are permitted by arrangement. We charge Euro 7 per day/animal. Food is not included.
