Bookings:
Bookings are guaranteed once the booking confirmation has been signed and the deposit has been received.
Payment Options:
We ask you to pay your bill either in cash or by wire transfer.
Cancelation Conditions:
Should you cancel, we will attempt to rent the apartment out to another guest. If we are unsuccessful, the following cancelation charges will apply:
• More than 50 days prior to scheduled arrival: no charge.
• Up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival: the deposit will be retained or you will be charged Euro 100.
• For cancelations received fewer than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, we will be obliged to bill you 80 % of the apartment price.
Final Cleaning:
• apartment for 2 people 60,00 Euro
• apartment for 4 people 70,00 Euro
• apartment for 5 people 70,00 Euro
Arrival and Departure:
• Guests are asked to vacate their apartment by 10 a.m.
• Apartments are available for occupancy after 2 p.m.
Change of Linens:
Linens for the kitchen, bathroom and rooms are provided by us and changed weekly (bedding once a week, towels twice a week). Additional changes possible upon request!
Pets:
Pets are permitted by arrangement. We charge Euro 5 per day/animal. Food is not included.
